On September 23, 2023, our association hosted a "Triple Celebration" event, marking the 66th anniversary of Malaysia's independence, the 60th anniversary of Malaysia's establishment, and the Mid-Autumn Festival. Concurrently, the newly elected 5th Executive Committee took their oath of office.
The event welcomed distinguished guests, including Tan Sri Nelson Tan, President of the APAC Tsinghua CEO CCI, Tan Sri Barry Goh, Chairman of the Malaysia Tsinghua Council (MTHUC), Dato' Chan Wah Kiang, MTHUC Treasurer, Mr. Soon Boon Teck, MTHUC Secretary, Mr. Albert Lim, APAC Audit Member, Mr. Tan Guan Liang, Secretary-General of Peking University Alumni Association, and Mr. Lim Kok Yan, President of the Liuhua Association, among others. Together with the alumni, they engaged in lunchtime discussions, exploring the future development of alumni initiatives in Malaysia.
